Marc Francis

Owner & Master Plumber

Marc has spent more than 40 years working hands-on in plumbing. That experience spans everything from everyday residential repairs to complex water, sewer, gas, commercial, and industrial plumbing projects.

He founded Marc Francis Plumbing in 2015 and remains personally involved in the work today. Marc is known for taking the time to figure out what is actually causing a problem, explaining it in plain language, and giving customers practical options rather than simply selling a replacement.

For Marc, his name isn't just on the truck—it's on the work.

Joya

Business Operations Manager

Joya works behind the scenes to keep Marc Francis Plumbing organized and moving forward. She manages the day-to-day business operations, customer communication, scheduling, marketing, website, and many of the details that allow Marc to stay focused on the plumbing work.

As Marc's wife and business partner, Joya has been part of MFP since the company was founded in 2015. Her role has grown along with the business, but the goal has remained the same: take care of the details, take care of the customers, and make sure the company reflects the standards behind the Marc Francis name.

Lucas

Next Generation

Lucas has grown up around Marc Francis Plumbing and has had a front-row seat to what it takes to build and operate a family business. Over the years, he has spent time alongside Marc, learning about the trade, the tools, the work, and the importance of doing a job correctly.

As the next generation of the Francis family, Lucas represents something especially important to us—the possibility of carrying forward the experience, work ethic, and standards behind the Marc Francis Plumbing name for years to come.
